Aluminum and rubber coating.



ok, i have a bunch of random old aluminum rings laying around, so this is what i decided to do to them. what do you think? i'm gonna try to sell them (retail for about $20 or $30...). think anyone would buy them? i'm gonna take them to lollapalooza (i have another chance to sell some stuff there).

Wow! That's quite an organic looking approach for you. I think they look very stylish with the bright metal peeking through the pierced rubber covering!

i have this box of rings that are either old, unfinished, flawed, or just plain bad. i occasionally pick through it to see if anything can be brought back. i had an idea to do this, and it worked out. i would normally wear one for a couple months before i sold any, but the show is too close. the one i've worn for a week seems to be holding up just fine.
