i've been told this pendant was bought by milena canonero when she was the costume designer for ocean's twelve while filming near chicago. she was the costume designer for many iconic films such as a clockwork orange and the shining.
i can make this if you are interested, however i'm in the process of moving and probably won't have my studio set back up for a few weeks. send me a note if you are, then i can contact you when i'm set up.
Noooo...that's so awesome!! Man, you're pretty high up on the foodchain of the art world. Selling to Clockwork Orange people...amazing!
Unfortunately, $90 is a little out of my price range right now (broke college student, you know how it goes) But next quarter if I can snag a job then maybe I can spring for one. I was reading some of the other comments and I think you said you were in Chicago? I'll be up there at the beginning of next month for the Navy's Boot Camp Graduation so if you have a shop there or something I'd love to swing by and take a look! Could you let me know? I'd love to if you do!
This is gorgeous. Very elegant and clean style. It looks visually balanced, which is perfect for jewelry like this. I love how the bottom steel piece appears to be weighing down the cut-out circle of the other piece. I would definitely wear this.
That looks cool. I was just looking at planet symbols last night. I thought it look familar before I saw the title. I like this. It's somewhat simple but stll pretty and creative. Very nice idea and work.
Well, I think it has a lot to offer, aesthetically. Although it may not be set with any stone, it has a beautiful, unique design (like so many of your pieces). It's hard to describe, but it's very attractive on a whole.
there's something about this that's visually pleasing. i know i'd wear it! 3 different pieces of jewlery put together? haha, that really is creative! when i'm doing something with my hands and my ring gets in the way, i'll sometimes put it on my necklace, but it never looks this pretty! ^_^
