i thought i would start posting my rings from this project here as well as on the official ring a day group (which can be found here:

the challenge is to make a ring every day for as long as you can. anyone can join, and the ring can be made from anything anywhere you can.
this is my first ring.

These could really catch on. For instance, if a bride and groom popped the cork on their favorite wine during a wedding. The stem of the wine bottle could be turned into his and her rings and engraved - which will remind them of the event.
